FE: Adjustments to user page + admin page

I adjusted how the user page is viewed by each type of admin and added the specific objects that need to be displayed. I also fixed some issues, such as user rights not being properly propagated from the backend. Additionally, I updated the admin panel to ensure the user update functionality works correctly, and I included the role when adding a new user.`
